The whole purchase and delivery process was very straight forward. Both Tomi Adelaja and the manager Sergio Garaguso took good care of me from start to finish and made me feel very appreciated as a customer despite my younger age.

From start to finish the service was excellent. This is the second time that we have been looked after by Tomi. Always professional and friendly. Molly looked after me when I came to collect the car and again very professional and friendly.

When I took the car in they said they'd wash and clean the car but when I picked the car up it had not been cleaned or washed at all!! Very disappointed to be honest

No one met us inside. On being served the assistant was rude and needs to go on customer service course. We were told we were wrong but after investigation were were given apology. That was after we were told we had to pay. Typical chip on shoulder.

Car service took 30 mins longer (2 1/2 hours overall) than expected due to a technical issue which I wasn't informed of at the time. Had to enquire what the delay was. My seat and steering wheel positions had been changed completely, not sure why.

I changed to Hedin due to poor customer service at another dealer. At Hedin it's effortless and the jobs done when they say it's going to be done. I'm updated on what's happening so no need to chase. Can't praise them enough.

I asked for a quote for my car to repair it from the bodyshop. It's been almost two weeks haven't heard anything. then they complain when we take cars to third party garages when dealerships don't even reply.

My car was finished and it was park in the car park. I was sitting in reception from 7.30 in the morning waiting for them to hand it back to me. The man said it will take 3 hours I left they at 12.30. 1hour before they give it back to me

Very good setup and friendly staff. One downside was they finished with my car but didn't tell me or give me key, I had to ask twenty minutes later as whoever returned it went for lunch and forgot about me.
